WHAT WE INSPECT

Our inspections have been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. We provide the information you need to make the best decision on the purchase of your new home.

  • With over 20 years in the home improvement industry and InterNACHI Certification, we are highly qualified to provide an accurate assessment of your new home.

  • Detailed digital report with photos and video emailed to you usually the same day or first thing the following morning.

  • We point out major and minor deficiencies to give you a thorough assessment of your new home's condition.

  • We identify major expenditures coming up so you can budget for these potential expenses.

  • We identify potential safety hazards present.

  • We can show you how various systems work.

  • We will review and explain the conditions found.

  • Our home inspection process usually takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, but older or larger properties can take longer.

CPI-Certified-Professional-Inspector-Int

As a Certified InterNACHI Inspector in Oklahoma, we will perform the inspection in accordance with the current Standards of Practice (SOP) of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) posted at www.nachi.org/sop and the Oklahoma home inspection Standards of Practice posted at www.cib.ok.gov.

INSPECTION SERVICES

Buyer Home Inspection

This a general inspection for anyone buying a home. Usually, you're working under a time restraint but don’t worry we have excellent scheduling to get your inspection done in time.

Seller Home Inspection

Thinking about selling your home? Don’t let a contract fall through because of a major defect. Knowing before allows you to shop around for a reasonably priced repair. This is a great way to find any issues before you sell.

New Construction Home Inspection

The same process used to inspect an older home. To identify construction errors to be addressed before they become major problems. Although during the process of new home construction municipal inspections are performed, mistakes are still missed.

11 Month Warranty Inspection
Own a new construction home? Most home builders offer a builders warranty. Before your warranty expires have a full and detailed inspection of your home. Allowing you to get covered items repaired before your warranty expires. 

Water Well Inspection

We collect a water sample to be delivered and tested at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for the presence of coliform. The DEQ well water sample test results are provided via email within approximately 2 business days.

This only applies to inspections that will be coordinated for the same date & time that we will be doing our inspection.
