  • Our home inspection process usually takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, but older or larger properties can take longer.


As a Certified InterNACHI Inspector in Oklahoma, we will perform the inspection in accordance with the current Standards of Practice (SOP) of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) posted at and the Oklahoma home inspection Standards of Practice posted at

Buyer Home Inspection

This a general inspection for anyone buying a home. Usually, you're working under a time restraint but don’t worry we have excellent scheduling to get your inspection done in time.

Seller Home Inspection

Thinking about selling your home? Don’t let a contract fall through because of a major defect. Knowing before allows you to shop around for a reasonably priced repair. This is a great way to find any issues before you sell.

New Construction Home Inspection

The same process used to inspect an older home. To identify construction errors to be addressed before they become major problems. Although during the process of new home construction municipal inspections are performed, mistakes are still missed.

11 Month Warranty Inspection
Own a new construction home? Most home builders offer a builders warranty. Before your warranty expires have a full and detailed inspection of your home. Allowing you to get covered items repaired before your warranty expires. 

Water Well Inspection

We collect a water sample to be delivered and tested at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality for the presence of coliform. The DEQ well water sample test results are provided via email within approximately 2 business days.
